Do both formats include the certification exam?
Yes. All course formats (Instructor-Led or Self-Paced) include access to the official certification exam and a digital certificate upon passing.
How long is each training program?
Beginner-level certifications can be completed in 1 day. All advanced-level certifications are 16 hours, delivered over two consecutive Tuesdays and Wednesdays (4 sessions of 4 hours each).
Are there any prerequisites?
Most certifications do not require any prerequisites. However, advanced programs like the Expert Scrum Master (ESMC®) require prior SMC® certification and real-world experience.
How do I access the exam?
Once you complete the training, you will receive an exam voucher and login details. The exam is conducted online, with proctoring depending on the certification level.
Can I retake the exam if I don't pass?
Yes. You are allowed up to 2 retakes for free. Additional attempts may incur a fee depending on the certification.
How soon do I get my certificate?
Certificates are issued immediately upon passing the exam. You will receive a digital version with a verifiable credential ID.
What is the cost of each certification?
Prices vary depending on the course. Instructor-Led options start from $49 USD, and Self-Paced options are often discounted or free. You can find detailed pricing on each certification page.
